About Church Properties Reimagined (CPR)
Church Properties Reimagined (CPR) is a nonprofit organization centered in the City of Chicago, dedicated to helping churches transform their buildings from burdens into assets. Our mission is to boldly reimagine church properties towards innovation. We partner with United Methodist congregations and other missionally aligned organizations to maximize the use of church properties for ministry, community impact, and long-term sustainability. By offering hands-on property management, strategic consulting, and visioning support, CPR works to ensure buildings are well-used, well-maintained, and able to support vital ministries into the future. We believe that sacred spaces can and should serve both the church and the broader community in dynamic, relevant ways.
