International Center for Growth in Connection

The International Center for Growth in Connection (ICGC) is a virtual non-profit think and action organization, passionate about fostering authentic connection across difference. We are home to Relational-Cultural Theory (RCT), singled out by the American Psychological Association (APA) as one of the ten most important theories in the field of human development. As a convener and thought-leader, we strive to promote a conversation about how to create a more relational world. Members of our community use RCT in a range of domains including: counseling, social work, education, social justice, ecology, and leadership and organizations.
