    About Us

    The Arc of Evansville is a not-for-profit organization started in 1954 which works to empower individuals with disabilities to build relationships, gain independence and achieve their full potential. Our agency is a leading advocate for the rights for individuals with disabilities. We offer eight programs for adults with disabilities to achieve their goals and provide an inclusive, award-winning Child Life Center which serves over 100 children daily (over 30% come from economically disadvantaged homes). The Arc of Evansville serves over 750 individuals each year.
