About Us
The Habitat for Humanity Lake County ReStore, a 24,000 square-foot retail warehouse, sells new and used building materials to the general public. It is, essentially, another fundraising arm of our Habitat affiliate as proceeds from the sale of donated items go back into our program to help purchase land and pay overhead expenses. It is our hope that one day the ReStore sales will completely cover all operating expenses for both the ReStore and the office. This will allow every “donation dollar” we receive to go directly towards building.
