    The Optic Neuritis Foundation, Inc. (ONF) is a 501(c) (3) nonprofit organization. The ONF mission is to: Increase public awareness about optic neuritis (ON) and/or other neuropathies. Support research and patient-care efforts by donating to hospitals and/or eye centers. Support patients with the diagnosis of ON and other neuropathies by providing financial and resource assistance.

    Founded in 2011, The Optic Neuritis Foundation, Inc. (ONF) is a small 501(c) (3) tax-exempt nonprofit organization located in Atlanta GA that is dedicated to serving persons with optic neuropathy diagnoses. At ONF, we embrace everyone. We celebrate and respect the differences among all people and believe that the more diverse the experiences and views, the more we learn and grow.
