About Us

Our mission is to assist low-income, underserved and often overlooked first-generation college students from the Mid-Peninsula and San Jose in their quest to graduate, and to help them achieve their education and career goals.

We provide four-year college scholarships, one-to-one adult mentors, college and career success training, and summer internship support to our scholars throughout their college experience. Our results are as remarkable as our scholars: since 2005, more than 95% of our scholars have graduated from college or attend college on the path to completion.

Our long-term vision is to ensure that all first-generation, low-income students who are motivated to attend college can graduate and become successful in their careers and leaders in their community. Our hope is that our support will then create a future community of givers who want to help others achieve similar goals.
