    The Healthcare Navigation Project is an independent, immersive physical and mental healthcare literacy and life skills program ©2022, designed for ALL youth, including rare or chronic disease, underserved, overserved, those with educational disabilities, those transitioning to adult care and their families.

    About Us

    We created the first independent and immersive public healthcare education program(c)2022 focused on healthcare literacy* and the life skills* to navigate it for ALL youth transitioning to adult care, and their families. Our program is separated into five courses with each containing modules within that can be facilitated separately or together.
