CourtWatch

Our mission is to impartially assess the effectiveness with which our judicial system handles domestic violence cases (both criminal and civil). We expect the judicial system to be fair & consistent; act in a professional manner; take the safety of victims and the public into account; hold offenders accountable; and follow the law with respect to sentencing offenders. By regularly monitoring the Court and gathering data, we will highlight problems that need to be addressed and offer concrete suggestions for improvement.
