  • About Us

    The Madison Masonic Center (MMC) is a historic building located in downtown Madison and is home to a number of Masonic organizations. Also housed in the MMC is the Children's Dyslexia Center - Madison where children struggling with dyslexia received free tutoring to deal with their disability. The Children's Dyslexia Centers are funded by Scottish Rite Masons. MMC also houses a Masonic Library & Museum and tours of the building are offered to any one interested. The public is invited to use the Madison Masonic Center and the various facilities can be seen at our website, www.madisonmasoniccenter.org.
