N.E.D. Classical Enterprises is a New York based, full-service artist management agency. We are looking for candidates with a degree level education in performing arts administration/management preferably with proven experience in the field.
Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to: contact presenters and venues both nationally and internationally, calendar management, assisting in contract administration and the creation of artists’ itineraries, drawing up expense reports, ordering office supplies, answering phones, handling a large volume of email and mail correspondence, keeping accuracy of database, creating marketing promotional materials, event planning/management, program development, social media campaigns, assisting with developing business and marketing long-term plans and undertaking other duties as required to ensure the proper functioning of the company.
EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS
--Candidates should have strong writing and oral communication skills, excellent marketing skills, and appropriate computer skills --Experience with Microsoft Office Ultimate, Adobe Creative Suite, --Multi-lingual candidate would be a plus --Intimate familiarity with and working knowledge of classical music/performing arts
