  • About Us

HOPE is a HUD-certified, 501c3 non-profit organization which has been serving the housing needs of SouthWestern Indiana since 1967.

HOPE's HomeOwnership Center is a One-Stop-Shop designed to meet the informational and financial needs of people who are or want to be homeowners.

Our Mission is to provide, promote, and sustain affordable housing and credit counseling opportunities for low-to-moderate income families.

At HOPE we have 3 Pilars of Service

Building HOPE. Establishing HOPE. Nurturing HOPE.

We build hope through developing energy-efficient, affordable housing for low-to-moderate individuals and families.

We establish hope through helping individuals and families purchase homes.

We nurture hope through providing individuals and families with the information and tools necessary to maintain homeownership.

Check us out. We'd love to work together to make our community, country, and world a better, safer, and more affordable place for us all to live.
