  • About Us

We are a Seattle based non-profit that plans to take restaurants’ cooked, unserved food, mix with rice, iron, and nutrients, can or package in a health department approved way, and ship to places with high rates of childhood deaths due to malnutrition.

    Our Mission Statement:

Win-Win Cannery will take cooked, unserved food from local restaurants and recycle, upcycle, and save lives in a health department approved manner. Win-Win Cannery will work to discover and facilitate methods to extend the shelf life of surplus food resources and increase their availability to those in need.
