MISSION STATEMENT

Our purpose for High Fives for Hope, Inc. (H54H) is to create awareness and do our part to eradicate a disease that has touched all of us one way or another. Founded on the principle that we can make a difference, we believe that the desire is inherent in all people to make our world a better place. Through the help of those who believe in our cause, and the dissemination of millions of high fives, High Fives for Hope, Inc. (H54H) and its founders believe we can Make a Difference, One Five at a Time

ABOUT US

High Fives for Hope was founded by two fraternity brothers who wanted to make a difference... and who doesn't love high fives? "What if each high five we gave someone could change someone else's life, even in a small way...," they wondered. What began with passing out high fives on University campuses has evolved into an organization with a catchy name and a penchant for making a difference... one five at a time.

Our organization seeks to promote the education, research, and support of leukemia, testicular, and colorectal cancers – cancers which are as devastating, but not as often discussed, as many of the other forms.Our efforts have allowed us to donate over $4500 to the American Cancer Society, St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital, Dana Farber’s “The Jimmy Fund”, Arnold Palmer Children’s Hospital, and Gilda’s Club of South Florida.

Our success has been achieved through fun, energetic events held each year – our Annual Golf Tournament, Bowling for Balls Tournament, 5K Race for Hope, and other smaller events at venues across the country. Each of these events strives to involve communities of young adults with fun, affordable events that allow individuals to make a difference, even with the smallest “five”.
