The Abba House

Abba House Human Development and Resources Center of Georgia, Inc.'s (youth residential program) mission is to improve the quality of lives of "at-risk" youth and their families by providing them with essential skills necessary for making informed choices. By structured intervention, the possibility of future aberrant behavior, such as gang related activity, involvement with drugs, early sexual activity, and risk of incarceration are decreased.

Mission goals include housing, counseling, intervention, and prevention services to children and adolescents whose lives have become unmanageable as the result of behaviors associated with mental disorders, behavior disorders as well as impulsive, compulsive, and self destructive behaviors.

The goal of treatment is to assist youth with daily living skills and provide a program that enhances their quality of life.
