Mission
We are committed to protecting, rescuing, empowering, and equipping young people—especially girls—to overcome social vices and challenges like abuse, poverty, and inequality.
Through education, mentorship, advocacy, holistic problen solving and faith-based support, we provide the tools and resources needed to build resilience, discover purpose, and thrive as compassionate leaders in their communities.

About Us
Rescuing Hearts Foundation (RHF) is committed to tackling the root causes of societal issues through holistic, community-driven interventions. We empower girls in rural areas (ages 12–19) with mentorship, menstrual hygiene support, sexual abuse prevention education, and essential relief materials.
Our initiatives also include:
Before and After Sexual Abuse: We raise awareness on consent, advocate zero tolerance for abuse, and offer survivors access to professional support and healing resources.
Skill Empowerment: We equip young people with vocational and digital skills to foster economic independence and reduce vulnerability.
School Outreach & Mentorship: We address issues like peer pressure and poor hygiene through counseling, education, and one-on-one mentorship.
Support for the Vulnerable: We assist teenage mothers, abused and neglected youth with access to shelter, food, education, and mental health services.
Health Campaigns: We organize seminars, outreaches, and webinars to create awareness around mental health, cancer, and trauma-related challenges.
