Our mission is to stabilize families, grow opportunity, and strengthen communities through education, housing support, employment services, and access to essential resources.

We exist to remove barriers that keep individuals and families stuck and replace them with tools for progress, dignity, and independence.

Fulton Atlanta Community Action Authority (FACAA) is a nonprofit organization serving individuals and families across the Atlanta area through comprehensive community programs focused on education, workforce development, housing stability, and economic empowerment.

Our services include:

• Workforce training and job readiness programs
• Educational access and adult learning opportunities
• Community-based testing services
• Housing and stability assistance
• Financial literacy and life-skills education
• Resource navigation for families working toward self-sufficiency

FACAA partners with community organizations, training programs, and education providers to expand access to opportunity for those who need it most. Our work is rooted in service, integrity, and the belief that every person deserves the chance to build a better future.
