About Us

Welcome to the kingdom of the Himalayas, the birth place of Buddha and the home of breathtaking natural landscape and unique culture. BVN Nepal offers affordable volunteer programs. Just do it and gain a lifetime experience!

BVN Nepal is a registered Australian international non-government organisation (INGO) operating from Nepal and Australia.

It was established to link international volunteers with Nepali people in an attempt to enrich and improve the lives of Nepali people and provide a new and memorable adventure for volunteers. Our mission is to create and develop a range of dynamic opportunities that would benefit the volunteer and the communities of Nepal.

We can also arrange for you to go trekking in the Himalayas, white water rafting, or on a jungle safari in Chitwan National Park. Perhaps you would like to explore Hindu temples and Buddhist stupas in Kathmandu as a part of your volunteering experience.

We offer the chance for our volunteers to contribute their skills and gain the experience of what Nepal has to offer.

Volunteer and travel in Nepal is both challenging and rewarding.

Its geographical location, wedged between the Himalayas in the north and the plains of northern India in the south, account for Nepal’s astonishing diversity of landscape, culture and religion. During your volunteer placement you will be working with local people on establishing and maintaining sustainable development projects. You will have an opportunity to make a meaningful, long-lasting contribution to the people of Nepal.
