Centre for Peace Across Borders (CePAB) is a non-governmental, non-religious and not-for-profit organization based in Owerri, Nigeria. It is registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission. It started in May 2001 as Centre for Development, Constitutionalism & Peace Advocacy (CD-COPA). CePAB is committed to issues of development, democracy and peacebuilding. The mission of the organization is to promote peace and co-existence across ethnic, religious and cultural boundaries by advocating for participatory development, good governance, respect for the human rights of all, access to justice, and transparency and accountability. It pursues its mission through research, documentation, training and advocacy.
