    Our mission The Coalition for Economic Empowerment's mission is to transform the quality of life for at-risk families in the District of Columbia by providing the bridge to self-sufficiency through personalized and community-based employment and education services.

    Our vision Individuals, families and communities in the District of Columbia free to choose their personal and economic success.

    Our strategy

    Shift the paradigm of inter-generational welfare dependency in Brookland Manor, a D.C. public housing community in Ward 5.

    Our programs CEE has a three-pronged approach to fighting poverty. These three areas of focus include programs to support family stabilization, community empowerment and work force development.
