    The National Kidney Foundation is a major voluntary health organization dedicated to preventing kidney and urinary tract diseases; improving the health and well-being of individuals and families affected by these diseases; and increasing the availability of all organs for transplantation.

    About Us

    The National Kidney Foundation Serving the Dakotas and Minnesota is committed to taking kidney and urinary diseases from treatment to cure and increasing awareness about organ and tissue donation by:

    • Supporting research and research training
    • Providing ongoing education to health care professionals
    • Expanding patient services and community resources
    • Educating the public about kidney disease and the importance of early intervention
    • Promoting organ and tissue donation
    • Shaping health policy
    • Raising vital funds to support programs and services
