    The Divine Onkar Mission (D.O.M.) is a UK registered charity. It was founded by Tersam Lal in 1991 with the aim of helping the most needy in Jharkhand & Orissa, India. D.O.M provides education, vocational training, medical assistance, housing, clean water, agricultural and leprosy projects. It also operates a blood bank in the areas it serves. D.O.M has successfully established hospitals, schools and orphanages in Jharkhand & Orissa. The two main sources of income for the Charity are public donations and its charity shop.
