About Us
The Ride to Conquer Cancer is a history-making opportunity to do something big about cancer - something epic. Cyclists from across Alberta will ride more than 200 km to raise money for cancer research and treatment in Alberta.
The Ride to Conquer Cancer benefits the Alberta Cancer Foundation which supports cancer research, patient education and financial assistance programs, equipment and technology acquisition, and cancer care programs in Alberta.
