    The BCCA’s mission is to provide a communication and coordination organization for all civic groups in the area; to provide a neighborhood “Town Meeting” forum in which residents may come together to voice and to share their public concerns; and also to provide members an information source regarding issues that will affect the community. The area served is as follows: the portion of the City of Cleveland, Ohio known as the historic Brooklyn Centre neighborhood, bounded by Woodbridge Avenue on the north; Lower Big Creek Valley (Metroparks Zoo) to the south, the Cuyahoga Valley to the east; and Fulton Road to the West.
