    The PYNC Project is dedicated to empowering women of color in the film, media, and television industry. We recognize the systemic barriers and underrepresentation faced by women of color in these fields and are committed to providing comprehensive support to address these challenges.

    The PYNC Project is an organization who strives to support women of color in advancing their careers in the film, media, and television industry. Our audience includes both veterans and new creatives.

    Our programs and services include networking events, classes, consulting, mentorships, and funding opportunities.

    Our programs and services are offered free and discounted to our members, and available at a varying price for non-members.
