Cat Town is a non-profit cat rescue organization that partners with Oakland Animal Services to save the lives of cats who are at the highest risk of being euthanized. We focus on the cats that other rescue organizations don't - semi-feral, shy, stressed, older and special needs cats. We place them in foster homes where they can escape the stress of the shelter environment, show their true personalities and buy time to get adopted.
