Housing Ministries of New England, Inc. (HMNE) is a Pennsylvania not-for-profit corporation founded to promote the housing and social needs of low and moderate income individuals and families through advocacy for quality housing.
Together with an affiliated not-for-profit trust, HMNE looks for not-for-profit organizations that desire to build and/or renovate affordable housing units for their communities but require predevelopment capital or mezzanine funding to realize their goals. Loans are typically below market rate and for a short-term time period
