America must think broadly about solving unemployment by focusing on the economic returns that can be gained through a focus on full employment and constant re-education of the workforce. It is quite clear that the U.S. has transitioned away from a manufacturing centered economy in the last two decades. It is further clear by our current domestic productivity situation, that no economy can survive only as a service economy. America must re-industrialize by revolutionizing swift technology commercialization processes and implementation. For the sake of our country and the world community we must listen closer, be more efficient, throw away old rules for investment evaluation, nurture commercialization development more thoroughly, educate beyond the classroom, and bring more awareness to Wall Street of the investment opportunity real innovation has to offer. The Foundation for Job Creation (www.jobcreation.us) , will serve to promote, protect, bring community, educate, evaluate, motivate, and foster the success of innovators and entrepreneurs that develop technologies that in turn create domestic and global jobs and serve humanity.

By the laws of humanity there will always be diverse levels of education and ambition in our society and every society. There will always be few to employ, few to live in thought outside of the box and invent, few to employ vast amounts of capital as investors, and many to quest for leadership in employment. Our current economic structure leaves millions of capable Americans unemployed and at risk for further contributing to a return to a social situation not experienced since the decadent and depressing 1970s. Further challenging is the effects and misunderstood importance of participating in the global economy by American entrepreneurs. The world depends on our belief and example of freedom to lead by our actions for the benefits of all. It is not appropriate for us to forget our fellow world citizens struggling and hoping for just a taste of the American Freedoms and Liberties. And it is not fair for us to let our leadership and capabilities as inventors and technologists sit idle. For it is technology and creativity that improves life most rapidly and impacts society the most.

American capitalists and entrepreneurs have the motivation and the opportunity now to position themselves together as partners in creating jobs, creating balanced wealth, and contributing to Americas’ leadership in the arduous political and economic peace process. Now is the time to boost the country's investment in basic creativity, scientific and technology research and development with a more aggressive, new industrial investment collaboration. This Foundation seeks to promote a non-profit assistance program in producing prototypes to enlighten investors of what is possible.
