About Us
Mobility Worldwide seeks to reflect the love of God by giving the gift of mobility and dignity to those in developing countries who are unable to walk.
MWBV is a 501(c)(3) charity that makes three-wheeled, hand powered, vehicles for people who have severe leg impairment. Formally known as the Brazos Valley P.E.T. Project, we are one of 23 affiliates of Mobility Worldwide. The cost of a cart including delivery is approximately $300.00 and we have delivered over 2,600 carts to date. We shipped over 400 last year and now have the capacity to build and ship 800 to 1,000 in our expanded facility.
We are an all volunteer organization staffed mainly with retired people. Our volunteers range in age up to 94 with the majority being over 80.
