  • About Us

The International Association of Culinary Professionals (IACP) is a worldwide forum for the development and exchange of information, knowledge, and inspiration within the professional food and beverage community. First coming together in 1978 as a small but determined group of cooking school owners and instructors, IACP - then known as the Association of Cooking Schools (ACS) - unknowingly laid a foundation for food culture not only in America, but well beyond. Now with nearly 3,000 members from more than 32 countries, IACP is engaged in and committed to excellence in all aspects of the culinary industry at every level, local, national, and global.
