Delaware Coalition Against Domestic Violence
About Us
DCADV is a statewide, non-profit organization founded in 1994. DCADV's mission is to act as an educational and informational resource to our member agencies and the community; advocate for domestic violence concerns in Delaware; and provide a strong, unified statewide voice for victims of domestic violence and their children, domestic violence programs, and victim service providers.. DCADV members believe in the right of all persons to live without fear, abuse, oppression and violence. We oppose all forms of dominance over others. We believe in the need to change societal attitudes which encourage the abuse of power to control others and we are committed to this struggle.
