ClimateMigrants.org, Inc is a not for profit organization dedicated to raising awareness and cultivating action to support ClimateMigrants. 

ClimateMigrants.org seeks to add a human face to the effects of Climate Change. Climate Migrants are people who have been displaced by a drastic change in their environment. By tracking and researching the causes and effect of Climate Migration, we provide a tool to help policy makers, educators and global citizens better understand and prepare for drastic changes. 

We seek to bridge the disconnect between aid organizations, policy makers and the individuals they help who may not be able to secure assistance during their most vulnerable moments. We created an interactive map that profiles individual climate migrants and provides tangible action steps for the viewer to help those communities specifically highlighted in the video.
