Partners for Relief and Development Organization (PARDO)

The mission of PARDO is to foster sustainable community development, humanitarian initiatives that alleviate poverty, improve lives, living standards and impact positive social transformation in partnership with local, international, public, private institutions and civil society organizations.

PARDOꞌs vision is to serve humanity (children, women, men, youth, elderly and indigenous people) as intended through community engagement and partnerships. PARDO operates under the slogan "United in Service for Humanity"

This mission is achieve through intervention in the areas of education, health, WASH, agriculture/livelihood, climate change, and governance with other focus on human rights, access to justice, women empowerment and protection of the vulnerable communities and individuals especially Internally Displace Persons (IDPs), refugees and returnees.

Our Mandate is maintaining humanitarian relief and mobilizing resources to develop a comprehensive agenda for sustainable development in Cameroon. PARDO work to ensure everyone especially women, children and youth are protected, healthy and educated, focusing on the most vulnerable wherever they may be, who are left behind by wider economic and social progress by bringing them hope and opportunity to reach their full potentials.

• Respect. PARDO adheres to respect the values, norms and cultures of all its stakeholders whose participation in its decision making processes is vitally important.
• Integrity. PARDO compliance with its mission in honesty and transparency.
• Volunteerism. PARDO voluntarily participates in community development interventions without expecting any individual benefits or gains.
• Commitment. PARDO collectively serves its target communities by being effective and efficient in its interventions.
• Neutrality: Neutrality is one of the PARDO’s major principles. PARDO is neutral towards social, economic and political pressure groups whose activities are contrary to those listed in the program section.
