    Loire Valley Theater Festival, Inc. is a non-profit, 501(c)(3) educational theater company that produces the new musical, Turning 15 on the Road to Freedom, the moving, true story of Lynda Blackmon, who celebrated her fifteenth birthday on the Selma to Montgomery Voting Rights March in 1965. The musical engages, inspires and aspires. Our mission is to share Lynda Blackmon Lowery's story with as many people as we can, young and not so young. to encourage everyone to vote; participation that is critical to our democracy. Turning 15 is not partisan. It stands for equal rights under the law, determination, and participation in the democratic process.
