  • About Us

KIEDF is an Israeli Amutah (NGO), established in 1994 to stimulate economic development and employment opportunity in the private sector in Israel. Since inception KIEDF‘s small business loan programs ($5,000 - $300,000) have facilitated over $350,000,000 of new financing to over 12,500 businesses.

KIEDF’s Microfinance Programs provide access to credit combined with business services to help low income and unemployed populations create an independent income generating activity, a microenterprise. Our services enable the development and expansion of microenterprises, ensuring additional income for clients and their families. The development of microenterprises has proven to economically empower low-income populations.
