The Helpful Shop

We are a local thrift store in Capitola. The shop is an outreach program from St. John's Episcopal Church. The shop is run by volunteers. All the proceeds go back to the community as grants to non profits. We have two daily shifts that we need help with. Volunteers open the shop, help customers, support our vision etc. We do help the people in need, homeless people are often referred to us and we give them clothing for free. Our vision:

The St. John's Helpful Shop is an outreach ministry of the Episcopal Church Women at the Episcopal Church of St. John the Baptist. Our mission is to help all those in need in our community with God's loving abundance.
