  • About Us

The Ten Oaks Project engages and connects children and youth from LGBTQ (lesbian, gay, bisexual, trans, two-spirit, queer) communities through programs and activities rooted in play. We are a not-for-profit, charitable organization based in the National Capital Region. We currently offer one program: Camp Ten Oaks.

Camp Ten Oaks is a one-week, sleep away camp for children and youth 8-17 years of age. We offer typical camp programming ranging from arts and crafts to aquatics to sports, and social justice programming. Camp Ten Oaks is offered to families on a sliding scale fee.
