•Our mission is to provide people resources to remain safe, healthy, and in habitable homes.

•Our purpose is to assist underserved communities, including seniors and people with disabilities.

Programs:

•         Partnering with law firms providing discounted legal services (my firm will partner with other law firms and work out discounted fees for legal services) and partnering with contractors providing discounted services (my light construction firm will also assist with discounted repairs that are needed and funded by the nonprofit);

•         Providing financial assistance to these communities for their necessities as they fall short with finances (accessing other nonprofits networks and having them  call when they have a member of the communities we serve in need);

•         Providing accommodations (rails, ramps, etc.) and repairs to make homes habitable (creating awareness for our constituents through marketing and accessing other nonprofits networks and having them call when they have a member of the communities we serve in need);

•         Providing affordable housing for these communities through subsidizing rents and section 8 housing which will sustain our organization each year through revenues (this will be a longer term program that will take time to achieve as opposed to the first 3 programs that can be put in place immediately);
