    About Us

    CORE The Learning Center is 501c3 non profit organization that provides adult learners with educational opportunities and after school programs to students in 5 Allegany County school districts. We currently serve 6 counties; Allegany, Cattaraugus, Genesee, Livingston, Orleans and Wyoming. Our goal is to continue to grow and expand our programs and services for the betterment of our communities. Literate, educated communities are strong communities!

    We provide support and classes throughout all stages of life. Allegany County has a large youth program and our goal is to be able to provide other communities of which we serve with similar programs.

    Our Adult Educational opportunities include GED prep, GED testing, Work Readiness Programs, Digital Literacy, English to Speakers of Other Languages (ESOL), Civics, Vocational training and certifications, and more.
