About Us

CRP is a nonprofit research, evaluation, and data center based in Columbus, Ohio, with a mission to strengthen communities through data, information, and knowledge. CRP is a partnership of the City of Columbus, United Way of Central Ohio, The Ohio State University, and the Franklin County Commissioners. CRP is also central Ohio’s data intermediary, and a partner in the Urban Institute’s National Neighborhood Indicators Partnership. Since its inception, CRP has undertaken hundreds of projects in central Ohio, statewide, and across the country. CRP conducts social and demographic data collection and analysis; manages focus groups, interviews, and surveys; and performs thorough programmatic evaluations. CRP uses a variety of primary and secondary data sources to develop concise yet functional reports for diverse audiences. With every project, our goal is to partner with our clients to transform raw data into invaluable information that can help guide future organizational and community decision-making.  

 

CRP’s team is comprised of experts that are highly educated and strongly credentialed; it includes a diverse set of individuals with varying backgrounds such as: education, health planning and promotion, psychology, social work, city and regional planning, geography, and human rights.
