  • About Us

The Sandy Rebuilding Foundation is a nonprofit, rebuilding organization whose mission is to ensure that our disaster-impacted neighbors in Staten Island recover in a prompt, efficient, and predictable way. The Foundation's Rebuilding Program rebuilds homes for senior citizens, people with disabilities, families with children, and others who cannot afford to have their homes rebuilt by contractors. For clients who can afford supplies, Sandy Rebuilding provides supervised volunteer labor. For clients who cannot afford supplies, the Foundation buys the supplies and provides the labor.
