About Us
CommunityCare of Lyme aims to ensure that all in Lyme live the healthy, safe, socially engaged lives they choose, regardless of age or ability to pay. CCL is supporting and promoting the extraordinary work of many Lyme programs and individuals, and it is drawing on the “Village” concept of coordinated, volunteer-first, compassionate programs and services.
Now in our second full year of operation, we are reaching out to all our neighbors, seeking multi-generational community involvement; partnering to identify and serve those with unmet needs; organizing opportunities to engage volunteers; and continuing to build systems and a sustainable financial model. We are an independent 501(c)(3) organization.
