    Since 1965 Hocking. Athens. Perry. Community Action has been serving low-income individuals and families in southeast Ohio through well-known programs such as Head-Start, HEAP, and Meals on Wheels, among many others.

    Mission: Through advocacy and a broad variety of services, Hocking. Athens. Perry. Community Action helps families and individuals achieve an improved quality of life by working to alleviate the hardships of poverty.
