    Volunteers do not need to be teachers or speakers of another language to serve our students. LTR provides all the necessary training and materials needed for a tutor to confidently assist his/her student. Learn to Read of St Lucie County offers free, confidential English literacy services and English for Speakers of Other Languages (ESOL) to anyone over the age of 16.
