About Us
CHARM Outreach & Mentoring Services, Inc, is a faith-based, 501C(3) non-profit organization founded by Michele Traylor 2007 “with the goal of transforming lives.” CHARM now has programs in Naperville, Park Forest and Chicago, Illinois, for females in four age groups (9-12, 13-18, 19-25 and 31+). The programs encompass: career development, financial responsibility, health and wellness, etiquette, drug and alcohol use, spirituality, living life lessons, sisterhood and self help and relationships.
