About Us

Horse SenseAbility assists at-risk youth and young adults develop life skills by engaging in therapeutic equine-assisted learning activities in nature.


Programs include:









  • City to Saddle for urban, underserved youth in Framingham
  • Stable Moments for children and teenagers who are or have been in foster care
  • Therapy equine and canine visits to community organizations within a 1/2-hour drive
  • Therapeutic horsemanship and riding lessons for individuals with autism spectrum disorder; learning disabilities; emotional, behavioral, or mental health issues; experience with violence, abuse or trauma; or identified as being at risk.


Horse SenseAbility is looking for a volunteer web designer to create a visually appealing, user-friendly site to be launched in Spring 2018. The designer will work closely with the founder (who has a technical background and 25+ years of professional writing experience), who will develop and structure all the content. Communications can be face-to-face, via Skype or by phone or a combination thereof depending on the volunteer's preference.
