    About Us

The Volunteer Services Council (VSC) of the San Antonio State Hospital (SASH) has been improving the lives of patients at the San Antonio State Hospital and the staff who serve them. The funds raised go towards providing SASH patients necessities that make life more comfortable - funds for food while traveling home, bus tickets to search for a job, individual birthday and holiday gifts, special personal items like diabetic shoes, tickets to community activities, events and other items not funded by the State of Texas.
