NASHVILLE WILDLIFE CONSERVATION CENTER

  • Mission

We work with Nashville to Connect, Conserve and Coexist with Wildlife through wildlife rehabilitation, research, problem-solving and education.

    About Us

We focus on educating the public and working with other organizations to help prevent wildlife issues in the community. We offer a wildlife rehabilitation program at our home-based rehabilitation center for injured and orphaned animals, focusing on turtle, opossums, and eastern cottontails. We also outreach with some of our non-releasable educational ambassadors as well as help the public with coexisting, renesting, and reuniting babies with their moms.

We are currently are doing a research project in 2021 using radio-telemetry to study our turtles post-release. We hope to start more research project in 2022!
