    Our mission is simple, grow the confidence and ability in the youth we serve through Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and mindfulness. Our goal is to lower referrals, suspensions, and expulsions, because these lead directly to incarceration and disproportionately affect youth of color.

    Our goal is to use this martial art to build confidence in Youth and allow them to have more space in time between emotions and reactions.
