    Last Chance Fish Farming Project is an indigenous community based organization that was established in 2007 by charitable individuals, mostly the local graduates from Makerere University and concerned residents of Kigandalo sub-county, who had first hand acquaintance with the mal-nutritional problem in Mayuge District. The organization aims at enabling the poor residents of Kigandalo sub-county address their priority needs including those in the areas of mul-nutrition, alleviate poverty through fish farming as well as reducing on the rate of deaths caused by crocodiles in the lake Victoria fishing grounds.
