    Rogue Community Health is committed to improving health, especially for the most vulnerable, in partnership with our community.

    Rogue Community Health is a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) and a tier 3 Patient Centered Medical Home, serving the underserved and uninsured in Jackson County, Oregon. We provide primary health care, behavioral health, and dental screenings.

    No patient is turned away and we offer a sliding fee scale, as well as other payment options to ensure our community members receive the care they need and deserve. We believe safe and effective healthcare is a right and a privilege. We strive to eliminate any and all barriers to patient access to care.

    Southern Oregon offers great outdoor recreational activities including award winning golf courses, fishing, hiking, biking, boating, and outdoor theatres. Great public and private schools.
